Placed an order today to gift my girlfriend who is out of state. Was really sad that I couldn’t be there with her so I called these awesome ladies and to say they hit it out of the park is an understatement!!! I was expecting just some flowers in a vase but she went all out with some beautiful ribbons, a beautiful customized card, and even some white flowers in the mix when I was just expecting red! Seeing her reaction on video call was absolutely perfect and I can’t thank you all enough for putting a smile on both of our faces!

My father-in-law passed away recently. Wanted to do something nice for my wife. The florist asks which colors to use.. I don't know cause I'm a guy so I just said "he loved the Pittsburg Steelers". Cremer Florist absolutely nailed it. Her flower arrangement became the centerpiece at the funeral service. Mind you, there were probably 30 different flower arrangements at the church. Nothing against the other flowers, but this one struck a chord with my wife. After suffering a huge loss, the smile on my wife's face from these flowers is a win.

I was so impressed by the kind and supportive help I received when recently sending flowers to a funeral home in the Hanover area. I live in NW PA, so I was not familiar with florists in this area, but I now know the florist I would use again. I ordered online but also sent a follow-up message to their customer service link. A response came quickly with assurance and information that immediately put me at ease. My friend texted a picture of the planter that arrived and it was truly as pretty as the image online.

Fantastic customer service and delivery, and beautiful arrangements. Two different times in the last couple of years, I've called Cremer (from out of town) for delivery to my mother, and two times they have been absolutely brilliant handling my requests and getting everything right and beautiful. Happy mom, happy family! :)

I chose this flower shop from word of mouth. When I walked in, I was welcomed by Amy & her amazing staff who assisted in bringing my vision to life for a nice floral piece to give to a grieving family from a recent loss. The flower arrangement was so beautiful it not only made me smile but when I gave it to our family friends it brightened their day and helped with their grieving process. I highly recommend using this shop for all of your floral needs. Thank you, Amy & your entire staff, for everything.

Creamer Florist is very helpful and accommodating. They communicated very quickly about an order issue and made sure to have the order delivered when needed. The Bouquet was beautiful. They did a wonderful job!
